The year 2025 is a dedication year to the founder of the Festival, Peter Tiboris, who passed away suddenly in the fall of 2024. It was 20 years ago that he started the Festival conducting Rossini\u0386s Barbieri di Siviglia. To honor Peter, we will return to Rossini, while presenting more of his favorite composers in concert and full opera productions.<\/p>\n

This performance is the annual children\u2019s Opera Lecture dedicated to the
\ncontinuation of building culture for all generations on the island of Syros. The
\nGreek Opera Studio participants will perform scenes from the opera Barber of
\nSeville, with the combination of music education with the BRAVO! BRAVA!
\nLecture in both Greek and English with the MC, Marios Kazas and Pianist \/
\nConductor Andrej Naunov.<\/p>\n
