ANIMASYROS, the 18th edition of the largest animated event in Greece and one of the biggest in Europe, returns to Syros, offering screenings, special tributes, new domestic and international collaborations, a VR lounge, and educational workshops for children, teenagers, adults, people with disabilities, and seniors, as well as parties, and various parallel events.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the ANIMASYROS \u201cAGORA\u201d, a key hub for the animation industry in eastern Mediterranean, will include a pitching forum, presentations, round tables, seminars, masterclasses, and networking meetings for industry professionals.<\/p>\n
The focus of this year\u2019s edition is dedicated to space and is reflected across all the festival\u2019s pillars, aiming to showcase how the art of animation approaches, explores, and depicts this vast and mysterious field for humanity.<\/p>\n
