Cinematheia

The Inter-Island Film Festival for High Schools of the North and South Aegean “CINEmatheia“, which for 12 years, gives the opportunity to students of Secondary Education to unite, through cinematic expression, many Aegean islands with the Hellenism of Greek diaspora

This year the festival travels to Syros, where in the emblematic APOLLO theater, will present 47 ten-minute fiction films, documentaries, animation and video clips, made by high school student groups, of schools of Lemnos, Lesvos, Chios, Oinoussa, Samos, Ikaria, Kalymnos, Leros, Patmos, Rhodes, Thira and Syros, but also of the Ambeteios Secondary School in Cairo of Egypt…
