Petros Klampanis – LATENT INFO – Album Release Concert

The internationally renowned Greek bassist and composer Petros Klampanis presents the highly anticipated release of his new album, Latent Info, in a unique concert at the historic Apollon Theatre in Syros on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

Latent Info is released in collaboration with the legendary jazz record label Enja Records and Petros Klampanis΄ independent label, PKmusik. This is their third co-production, following the successful albums Tora Collective and Irrationalities, enhancing the unique musical dialogue between these two creative forces.

With compositions inspired by the ineffable power of music to communicate beyond words, Latent Info continues Klampanis’ musical journey, skilfully combining improvisation and a sense of melody with the detail and economy of expressive means.

On stage, Klampanis will be joined by two great musicians:
 Kristjan Randalu on piano, with the “effortless way he makes the piano sing,” as Klampanis says,
 and Ziv Ravitz on drums, who, with his unique sensitivity to rhythm, highlights the essence of
music as the art of time.

The trio, which has developed a dynamic chemistry through their parallel careers in New York and their joint performances around the world over the past few years, promises a concert that will highlight the delicate poetry of music through sounds that avoid excess but seek depth and substance.

The release of Latent Info follows the successful album Tora Collective and continues Klampanis’ mission to create music that awakens the senses and encourages inner exploration. This is a musical dialogue that connects lyricism with evocative atmosphere, silence with sound, and the tangible with the unspoken.
